Last April 6th, there was a press conference held by the Central Election Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the CEMC) in the small assembly hall of the Welfare Center. It was about disciplinary action for the Bombaram campaign and the minutes' leak of the previous CEMC.

 First, the CEMC said the reason for the disciplinary action was that they thought only one side’s acquisition of the minutes' contents before they became public on Facebook was unfair. In addition, the leak of the minutes was verified by participants of the meeting. The minutes were a record of these participants' statement and a member of the previous CEMC named Pyeon leaked the minutes. The revision of bylaws regarding the anonymity guarantee was done because there were some problems caused by not preserving anonymity before and an accuser required it.

 The CEMC explained that the late notification of minutes, issue and the Ullim campaign's delayed election withdrawal announcement was because they had needed time to organize the official minutes and internal discussions about whether to notify the Ullim campaign about spreading false information or not took time. On March 31, the Bombaram campaign claimed that "the CEMC's transferral of business to the Emergency Planning Committee” (hereinafter referred to as the EPC) "was wrong", and said "the EPC's director did hold a meeting, but it was just to deliver lawsuit news, not issue a report." In addition, the Bombaram campaign's position is updated on individual SNS sites, so they don't need to restate their position. At this time, their position is that the "existing 3rd CEMC can not continue, because ignoring a suit is impractical. Also, the 4th CEMC will be formed." However they expect it will take a long time.
