Miracle morning, which is called the miracle of predawn waking, has become a trend regardless of generation. Miracle morning promotes changing your life positively through making a morning routine and doing it regularly. You can easily see hashtags such as #miracle morning and #miracle morning challenge on SNS or YouTube. Therefore Pharos decided to try the ‘One Week Miracle Morning Challenge’ to see if miracle morning lives up to its name. Did the miracle really happen?
One Week Miracle Morning Challenge
Day 1 It was hard to get up at 5:30 a.m. but I felt good about spending time in a leisurely fashion. I did yoga and ate a healthy breakfast. I also did some drawing and writing.
Day 2 I planned my morning routine last night and I did it as planned; reading, doing light exercise, and studying English. I felt really great about having completed my morning routine successfully.
Day 3 I felt an accumulation of fatigue because I went to bed late as I had previous done. For a successful miracle morning, it is really important to make sure to also go to sleep early, not just wake up early.
Day 4 Last night, I did lower-body bathing and went to sleep early to rest up. Thanks to last night’s recovery, I woke up successfully and I did my task that was planned last night. Condition control is key to maintaining the miracle morning.
Day 5 I failed today because I became more and more fatigued and my strength dwindled due to overscheduling. My body and mind had weakened. However, failure is the mother of success! I will keep going!
Day 6 I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and I spent time just as on day 2. I felt that I am living an independent life because I get up as I had promised I would and I followed through with my plan.
Day 7 I used the predawn time properly because I had so many tasks in the afternoon. I could complete my tasks because there was nothing to distract me.
Many people experienced miracles via miracle morning. But this success story is
in the media, not in real life. In fact, many people fail at this. It is because miracle
morning is difficult to be consistent in applying the rules of miracle morning to the
general public because people live their life differently in accordance with their own
lifestyles. Thus, the way to succeed at miracle morning is to seek the lifestyle that best fits you. Also, the essence of miracle morning is getting independence and a proactive personality in our life through the process of developing living habits and practicing them. Therefore just find a way and keep living your own life. We recommend you try miracle morning with a light heart on the occasion of the second semester!
