On August 13th, 2024, silent picketing was held once again by the In-yeon Student Council. The demonstration was held in front of the office of the board of directors in the Jin-ri building at 1:30 p.m. Twelve student representatives participated for about an hour. 

  The student representatives held this demonstration to express the students' demand for normalization to the Ministry of Education. Staff of the Ministry of Education have visited Kyonggi University to hear opinions from the university members. They entered the office of the board of directors at 1:38 p.m. Lee Yun-kyu, the president of Kyonggi University entered the office at 2:26 p.m.

  The development is being watched with great attention from students even during the summer vacation.
