‹Scene 1› Claire is talking with Haley who is upset about her driver’s test and with 

Alex who doesn’t want to go to the school dance.

Why are you *hounding me? 왜 이렇게 괴롭히세요?

* hound-to chase someone or to refuse to leave someone alone. 

Why is everyone on me? 다들 왜 내게 이러는 거야?

It’s my third driver’s test and if  I fail again, I have to wait six months to retake it.

벌써 세 번째예요. 또 떨어지면 재시험 때까지 6개월 동안 기다려야 해요. 

Because school dances are *lame.  *lame-weak and unsatisfactory
